For these nights only, our five-course truffle degustation will be offered at a special price of $115 (normally $139), with a vegetarian truffle option also available.

Expect exclusive wine releases and special deliveries, curated just for the occasion.

A few legends surround the origin of the small, shell-shaped cakes we know as madeleines.
The most cherished comes from France’s Lorraine region, where a young woman named Madeleine Paulmier is said to have baked them for Louis XV and his wife, Maria Leszczyńska.

The recipe is wonderfully simple — a classic génoise batter made with flour, butter, eggs, and milk, gently brightened with lemon zest and juice. Its charm lies in this very simplicity. For generations, it has inspired poets, bakers, and gourmets, reminding us of the beauty of using quality ingredients with care.

At Madeleine, we embrace that tradition. To us, the madeleine represents the essence of French cuisine — a quiet elegance, a respect for the land, and a deep appreciation for well-crafted food.
