Celebrate the season with L'Art du Champagne & de la Mer—a curated five-course seafood journey designed to highlight classic French technique and noble ingredients.

The 5-Course Menu
$125 per guest (Available for full tables only)
Amuse-bouche aux Saint-Jacques: Shell scallop with hazelnut butter and asparagus.
Lobster Roll: Brioche lobster roll served with rich lobster bisque.
Rillettes de Saumon: Salmon rillettes with pickled cucumber and dill mayonnaise.
Poisson du Marché: Market fish with mussels, zucchinis, tomatoes, and beurre blanc.
Desserts à Partager: Chocolate mousse and crème brûlée to share.
Enhance your experience: Add an optional artisanal French cheese course for $10 per guest.

Amuse-Bouches aux Saint-Jacques A weekly chef’s seasonal recipe with scallops — a delicate festive beginning.
Terrine de Volaille & Foie Gras Confit chicken , leek, mushrooms and duck foie gras terrine .
Filet de Bœuf & Sauce Béarnaise O’Connor beef fillet with classic béarnaise sauce served with caramelised shallots and pommes Anna.
Plateau de Fromages A fine selection of French cheeses to share — baguette, nuts, and seasonal condiments.
Desserts (to share) A festive sweet finale: Crêpe Suzette & Crème Brûlée.
