As the crisp air of autumn settles over Perth, we invite you to indulge in a limited-time culinary journey dedicated to the finest cuts of beef. From the delicate marbling of Wagyu Bresaola to the soul-warming richness of a classic Burgundy braise, this 5-course degustation is a masterclass in French tradition and premium Australian produce.
Available only until the arrival of Truffle Season in mid-June, this curated experience is designed for those who appreciate the depth, texture, and artistry of world-class beef.

La Charcuterie de Boeuf
Wagyu Bresaola served with creamy stracciatella, preserved figs, and candied walnuts.
Le Tartare de Boeuf
Classic Beef Tartare: Hand-cut beef seasoned with traditional condiments, served with crispy Pommes Anna.Le Boeuf Bourguignon
Classic Beef Bourguignon: Red wine braised beef cheek with pancetta, mushrooms, and carrots.
Fillet Steak au Poivre
O’Connor beef fillet served with a traditional peppercorn sauce.
